          Profile of “Assistant Manager: Accounts and Admin”
Qualification    :    Any Graduation                                    
Location          :    Chennai
Experience      :    3 - 7 years
CTC                :    Up to 3.0 lacs
Reporting to    :    Senior Financial Analyst

          Job Responsibilities and Roles:
·         Entering  receipts, payments, bills, journals, debit/credit note etc in Tally
·         Maintaining Supplier / Vendor Party’s ledger accounts and making timely payments.
·         Checking VAT returns and TDS payments
·         Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
·         Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
·         Prepare and review of Trial balance
·         Check Bank balance and prepare BRS
·         Preparing cash vouchers and maintaining cash balance
·         Preparation of MIS reports/management accounts
·         Assist in audit preparation
·         Ensure all statutory compliances deadlines are met
·         Assist with tax computations and returns
·         Google internet searches, Conduct market research and analysis
          Other traits required:
·         Should be well versed in Excel and Tally system
·         Should possess good knowledge of all statutory compliances
·         Possess knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
·         Should possess good communication skills
·         Attention to detail and accuracy
·         Maintain a “To do” list and initiate “follow ups” as required to ensure        completion
·         Assist in follow up via email correspondence or over phone
·         Good team player
·         Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
